		Our Story In 2004, Austin Nicholas, the founder and manager of Out There, began organizing and delivering excursions for overseas visitors to Latvia. He began by operating as a self-employed sole trader within the tourism market in Latvia.

		The Out There Team Let us introduce ourselves and give you an idea of the wonderful, smiling, happy people that make up the Out There team.
