Taustatietoa Vuonna 2004 Austin Nicholas, Riga Out There:n perustaja ja johtaja, aloitti ekskursioiden järjestämisen ja tuottamisen merten yli tulleille Latvian vierailijoille. Hän aloitti työllistämällä itsensä yksityisyrittäjänä turismin parissa Latviassa. Austin järjesti aktiviteetteja ja tapahtumia Latvian vierailijoiden nautittavaksi helposti. |
