I was impressed with the health and safety as it was comparable to my experience at a Las Vegas shooting range. Our guide dealt with the staff so there was no miscommunication of rules or instructions. I was most impressed by how easy and trouble free our experience was and when we did need to contact someone to confirm details they were only a phone call away.
