In the winter we will leave Tallinn and take you to a frozen lake or fishing farm, teach you to drill a hole and bait a line. They'll be plenty of local drinks to keep you warm, and the satisfaction of having your catch cooked for your dinner..(back up fish available should you strike out!)
During Summer months we offer the opportunity for you and your group to catch, cure, salt or grill the fish caught by you with the help of our fish specialists. The gutting, smoking and grilling are all inclusive and give you the chance to sit back and enjoy the fantastic bar and sauna complex.
Don't worry.....Fully licensed experts will work with you to give you the best chance of catching dinner.
Set 30 minutes drive outside Tallinn in the Estonian countryside, the area is surrounded by one of the country’s oldest manor houses which contains a natural history museum, and a park full of trees, plants, with over 100 species of birds.
