Prepaid reservations booked through Out There are guaranteed to be the lowest rate you can find.

If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and the same service, you must contact us within 24 hours of booking your Out There experience. We will either refund you the difference or cancel the reservations without penalty. This guarantee only applies to Prepaid bookings. To learn more or to claim a guarantee, read below.

 

Terms and Conditions

* Price Match Guarantee applies to identical holidays to the one booked. ie Same departure date, no.of passengers, duration, standard of accommodation, tours / excursions etc.

 

* Price Match Guarantee applies to Tour Operator's full brochured price holidays only / whether in print or on line.

 

* Price Match Guarantee applies to basic holiday cost only and is not applicable to added extras such as credit card charges etc.

 

* You must contact us within 24 hours of purchasing the holiday from Out There with reasonable verifiable proof to be eligible for the holiday price to be matched.
